Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has said his country's reconciliation process has been seriously exploited by some circles.

“The viability of the peace process has been seriously destroyed. We have an indisputable fact that it is impossible to continue the peace process with those aiming at our national unity," Erdoğan told reporters in Ankara's Esenboğa airport before leaving for China for an official visit on Tuesday.

Erdoğan said that those, who have abused patience and tolerance of this nation, will soon receive the response that they have deserved for what they had done. “Everyone, wearing masks and carrying petrol bombs, will first receive the response from our security forces and judicial authority subsequently. The struggle will continue up to the end. There will be no step back will be taken in our fight againsts terrorists," he vowed.

The President asserted the state is the most dominant force across provinces, districts and remote areas, no matter whereever it is. “The state has influenced every inch of this country and will certainly denote its presence everywhere," he noted.

Erdoğan has emphatically rejected a claim arguing that Turkey has discriminated between terrorist organizations. “Those making this claim because they are jealous of Turkey's power," he stressed. "

When asked a recent statement by MHP which apparently urged for closure of the pro-Kurdish HDP party, the Turkish President said that those, who do not keep a certain stance between them and Qandil [PKK executives] have to pay a price for this.“But, I do not think closure of any political party will represent a fair solution. If you close a party, another one would be opened."

Erdoğan also urged the Parliament to fulfill its duties after reviewing the latest developments. “If the article 14 of the Constitution does not work to ask account from them, the Parliament must make them pay a heavy price for their statement by lifting their immunity," he added.
